Systems & Network Administrator

This is a great opportunity for a 3+ years experienced candidate who is committed to taking ownership and responsibility for both Systems & Network Support.

 

This role will see you responsible for a combination of Server and Network related duties (both Project and Technical Support). Reporting directly to the IT Manager, your responsibilities will be wide ranging with some of the main tasks for this role including (but not limited to):

  • Assisting in the provision of IT services to staff (both over the phone and in person) solving technical problems, managing business expectations, maintaining a high level of service.
  • Under direction, install, maintain and support LAN, WAN, VOIP, VM, Server and storage infrastructure at all sites.
  • Provide support for business critical systems like Exchange, File Server & ERP system.
  • Undertake daily maintenance, reporting and monitoring of IT infrastructure and associated technologies.
  • Analyse information collected from various monitoring systems, help determine current security posture.
  • Provide technical support for voice and video services like Video conference devices & CCTV.
  • Solve problems and improve performance and productivity and maintain current technical skill and environmental knowledge.
  • Provide technical and problem analysis, advice and preparation of reports and installation, testing and piloting of new technology.
  • Contribute to the development of the IT policies; write technical specifications & reports.
  • Create and maintain documentations.
  • Manage purchase and distribution of software licencing and hardware.
  • Other duties as directed.

 

Ideally coming with a proven track record of 3+ years’ experience gained already from working within a similar Systems and/or Network administrator role, to be considered for this opportunity, we are seeking to hear from applicants who possess broad ranging qualifications and technical experience in:

  • Proven experience in infrastructure management, network design, IT facilities management, asset management, knowledge management, and financial management.
  • Proven experience with following technologies – Microsoft technologies including HP Server and Storage, Exchange, AD; Palo Alto FW; HP & CISCO Routing & Switching; IIS Server & Webserver maintenance, SSL architecture and configuration,  Office packages and office 365.
  • Proven experience to manage small to medium IT projects including the development of project scopes and briefs within broad parameters, stakeholder management, and change management.
  • A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, or related IT discipline.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate – MCSA Windows Server 2012/2016 – Desirable.
  • HP Aruba certifications, CCNACCNP Routing & Switching – Desirable.

Accounts Receivable Officer

 

Based on continued business growth, an excellent opportunity now exists for a new and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer, to join us at our Epping based head office in this new full-time role.

 

Reporting directly to the Senior Financial Accountant, your responsibilities will be wide ranging with some of the main tasks for this role including (but not limited to):

  • Process payments, invoices, imputing cheques and all electronic payments to debtors accounts consistent with organisational policy and procedures.
  • Investigate, follow up and processing of outstanding claims, credit notes and overdue invoices
  • Maintain accurate records of outstanding debtors and provide regular reports for review and follow up.
  • Maintaining and reconciling the accounts receivable system to ensure it balances correctly.
  • Provide accounts receivable advice and information to staff across the business in addition to clients and customers as required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties relating to accounts receivable work within the finance area.

 

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of interesting finance related duties that will further expand your existing skills. The team genuinely enjoy working together and you will have the chance to actively learn and grow.

 

Ideally coming with a proven track record gained from working within a similar type of role, to be considered for this opportunity, we are seeking to hear from applicants who therefore possess:

  • Minimum 3 years commercial experience in Accounts Receivable required.
  • Strong experience with mainstream ERP systems, Excel and other software packages.

NSW Sales Account Manager

 

An excellent opportunity now exists for a full time, Sydney-based Sales Account Manager to join our business, and take responsibility for the NSW territories & markets. To be successful in this Sales Account Manager’s role, your current career background should be clearly identifiable towards your ability in (but not limited to):

  • Achieving your annual sales budget targets (sales to budget)
  • Efficiently and effectively managing your sales territory achieving 70% of your time with your end user customers (cafes, restaurants, hotels, institutions) and 30% of time with distributors.
  • Updating the CRM system daily with accurate records of customer calls
  • Gathering of market intelligence & execution of marketing activities

  • A proven experience in delivering results in sales. Foodservice or Food industry experience is well regarded and preferred, but not essential. We are looking for an individual that above everything can demonstrate genuine sales ability and an eagerness to learn.

An excellent opportunity now exists for an experienced and passionate Procurement Assistant, to join our team in this new part-time role.

What we are expecting from you – if you are successful in being selected for this Procurement Assistant role, some of the position’s key responsibilities and duties that you will be expected to be fully efficient in and able to do will be (but not limited to) :

  • Assisting the Procurement team with all administrative tasks associated with the department.
  • Comparing product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contacting suppliers when there are discrepancies.
  • Liaising with other departments on various matters that needs procurement department input.
  • KPI updating.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with vendors.

 

This part-time role will be working in an established and successful team environment, focussing on innovation and value add. Quality Assurance Technician

  • Full-time position – 11.30am to 8.00pm working hours
  • Start ASAP – $50-$55K base salary

What we are expecting from you – if you are successful in being selected for this Quality Assurance role, some of the position’s key responsibilities and duties that you will be expected to be fully efficient in and able to do will be (but not limited to) :

  • Monitoring compliance and facilitate improvement to the HACCP / Food Safety program.
  • Laboratory testing and support, maintain & calibrating instruments, data entry and assisting with updating quality documentation for HACCP and GMP.
  • Analyse raw materials, in process batches & finished product compliance to specification
  • Perform GMP and production line audits
  • Internal auditing and maintenance of NCR system
  • Provide technical support to production teams and trouble shooting
  • Assist customer complaints investigation, reporting and undertaking corrective actions
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Complete performance monitoring activities and report results

Food Technologist / New Product Development

Based on ongoing current business growth, we are always keen to hear from experienced, product development orientated Food Technologists (with an emphasis on New Product Development), to join our company, in these variety of new full-time roles.

 

As a general guide to what we are seeking in a new Food Technologist – these roles report directly to the Product Development & Innovation Manager and are responsible for the facilitation and development of food innovation and new product development for all of the Edlyn brands including bakery, dessert, beverage, toppings, condiments, culinary and more. This also includes the development of new products and technologies and working on exciting food, taste and brand developments for their National QSR and Major chain customers.

 

Some of the required functions of these roles include (but not limited to):

  • Create and prepare bench-top formulations and conduct sensory evaluations.
  • Establish HACCP and QA testing specifications for products.
  • Managing the internal trial process as it relates to new product introduction and conducting trials with customers.
  • Development of product costing and commercial acumen with project budget management.
  • Create labelling and finished product documentation.
  • Assisting team members to develop clear and concise product and project briefs.
  • Reviewing, monitoring and reporting on performance against project plans to the wider business plan and;
  • Providing technical advice to the business as to the viability of the project and products proposed.

 

Whilst a range of roles are on offer, ideally the successful candidates will come from a proven track record gained already from within the Foodservice, Beverage or FMCG industries. To be considered for one of these opportunities, we are seeking to hear from applicants who therefore possess:

  • Hands-on experience in an innovation or product development role within the food industry – your resume or covering letter should clearly be able to demonstrate this.
  • Bachelor of Science majoring in Food Science/Food Technology or equivalent.
  • Effective Project, Time Management & Multitasking skills.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills and computer literacy.
