Veal with Creamy Mushroom Sauce & Roasted Potatoes

Wash potatoes, and cut into quarters, toss in oregano, sea salt and olive oil, and roast in a preheated oven at 200c for 25 minutes

Combine Majestic Mushroom Sauce Mix with water and milk, mix until free from lumps, bring to boil, stir constantly, once boiled, reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stir constantly

In a large pan sauté onion and garlic, then add sliced Swiss brown mushrooms cook for 2 minutes until tender, then deglaze with white wine, cook out wine for 2 minutes, then add to mushroom sauce mix.

Using 4 large frying pans, very lightly sear 5 pieces of veal on both sides, then pour over mushroom sauce and return to a boil

To serve place two pieces veal on each of the plates, top with the creamy mushroom sauce, and serve with roasted potatoes.
6.
You may wish to serve broccolini or beans as a side plate also.
