Strawberry Mousse Trifle with Mango & White Chocolate Shavings

Place cold milk into a mixing bowl, add mousse mix and using and electric mixer, mix on medium for 1 minute until combined
2.
Scrape down sides and mix on high for 6 minutes, using a ladle, pour half the mousse into large, wide mouthed serving glasses (tumblers)
3.
Cut sponge finger biscuits in half, and push into mousse, pour over remaining mousse to fill glass by ¾, chill for 1 hour
4.
Place a spoon full of diced mango evenly on top of each glass, then finish with a dollop of whipped cream, or pipe on with a star nozzle
5.
Mix icing sugar and cinnamon together and dust over the top of each glass, sprinkle white chocolate shavings and serve
