Instant Pudding Muesli Cup

Method:

Add 1L cold milk into mixing bowl and sprinkle 250g instant pudding mix (vanilla, chocolate or strawberry) into milk.

Mix on low speed for 2 minutes and then scrape down inside of bowl.

Mix on high speed for 2 minutes. Ensure no lumps or coloured specks are visible.

Once thick and smooth, mix on high speed for another 1minute, pour into serving cups.

Refrigerate and allow to set, for 30 minutes minimum.

Once set add muesli, blueberries and any other toppings you like to the top of the instant pudding and serve cold.
