Preheat oven to 180°C (210°C for conventional ovens).
Soften or melt butter first before blending (Do not over heat).
Place butter, water & Friand Mix into mixing bowl.
Blend together on low speed for 1 minute using a paddle attachment.
Scrape down sides of the bowl.
Blend for a further 2 minutes on low speed.
Add desired amount of berries to mixture.
Transfer the batter from the mixing bowl into a pouring jug/anything suitable to pour into the Friand tin.
Pour 70g of batter if using a standard Friand tin.
Finely chop rolled oats and sprinkle on top of Friand mix before baking. Extra berries may also be placed on top if desired.
Bake for 25-30 mins.
Allow the Friands to cool before transferring on to a baking rack.
When cool, dust Friands with Icing Sugar.
