Edlyn’s first solar panels were installed at Maryborough in October of 2018, before expanding to include the Epping Sites in May 2019. Since then, we have produced 1.2 million kWh of Power – the equivalent of driving a Tesla Model S 4,130,000 km (or 103 times around the earth).
Edlyn’s current solar power capacity is 337 kW of power, including 99 kW at Maryborough, and 274 kW in total at Epping. Next month our Epping office and warehouse will become even more energy efficient, as we upgrade their high bay Lights to LEDs, and reduce their energy usage by 17,000 kWh each year.
