Directions for Use:
1. Blend Sponge Mix with water (cold).
2. Mix on slow speed for 1-2 minutes, and on medium speed for 2-4 minutes to form a smooth batter, (mixing time will depend on batch size and mixer capability).
3. Pour into baking dish.
4. Sprinkle Sauce Mix on top of the batter.
5. Slowly pour boiling water over the batter and sauce.
6. Bake at 190C for 35-50 minutes. (Cook time will vary with ovens and with batch size).
