Directions for Use:
1. Measure all ingredients into mixing bowl.
2. Blend using a whisk for 30 seconds on low setting.
3. Scrape down sides of bowl.
4. Whisk on medium setting for 5 minutes or until mix is completely combined and a nice smooth batter is formed. (Note that finished batter should be around 20-25°C)
5. Scale off as required.
6. Bake at approx 170°C for 40-50 minutes (depending on size of container) or until baked.
