Directions for use
1. Measure ingredients into mixing bowl.
2. Mix on low to medium setting to form a soft dough. Be careful not to over mix.
3. Note: if too wet add a little more Scone Mix – or if too dry add a little more water to get a nice
soft dough.
4. Empty dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly.
5. Roll out to required thickness (recommend about 18mm
6. Cut scones with a cutter. (1Kg of scone mix will make approx 24 scones when using a 50mm
cutter).
7. Place scones on a lightly greased and floured baking tray & brush tops with milk or egg wash (if
desired)
8. Rest prepared scones for 10-15 minutes before placing in a hot oven (230-240°C) for 15-20 minutes.
